Sign in with your Microsoft account using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Access is assigned by your organization or system administrators.

Once signed in, you can use the sidebar to create organizations, venues, and conferences based on your permissions.

Use the global search bar at the top of the dashboard. You can search across session names, descriptions, speakers, and locations.

The search supports keyboard shortcuts: press Ctrl+S (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+S (Mac) to focus the search bar. Use arrow keys to navigate results.

Administrators and organization admins can create and manage venues through the Venues section. Venues can contain multiple location types:

  • Rooms

    Individual meeting or presentation rooms

  • Halls

    Large spaces that can contain multiple rooms

  • Stages

    Presentation areas within halls or venues

  • Areas

    General spaces for activities or gatherings

When creating sessions, you can assign them to any of these location types to organize your conference schedule.

Lectorium uses Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for enterprise-grade authentication. This includes support for:

  • Azure AD organizational accounts
  • Microsoft Entra External ID (CIAM)
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • Conditional access policies

Troubleshooting

Upload link not working

If an upload link isn't working:

  • Verify you have the correct and complete link
  • Check that the link has not expired
  • Try opening the link in a different browser
  • Contact your organizer or support for a new link
File upload failing

If you are having trouble uploading a file:

  • Verify the file is under 2 GiB in size
  • Ensure the file extension is .ppt, .pptx, or .pdf
  • Check your internet connection stability
  • Try using a different browser
  • Contact support if the issue persists
Cannot access certain features

Access to features depends on your user role and organization membership:

  • Verify you are signed in with the correct account
  • Check that you are in the correct organization context
  • Confirm your role has the necessary permissions
  • Contact your organization administrator to request access
